The common areas were good, the condo was not. Positive: The staff was very welcoming and the common areas were clean and inviting. Negative: The condo we stayed in was rented to me by the owner through booking, not the resort. There were issues with both bathrooms, and they gave a feel of a motel, not a condo. The tub/shower in the master had peaking paint in the tub and the hot water faucet was broken. The bathroom in the hall had no ventilation, so water bubbles would form on the ceiling and drip onto the floor. My daughters slipped and almost fell several times. There was actually fungi growing from the seam where the wall meets the ceiling. I reached out for a resolution and booking advised that they were unable to get one from the owner. I reached out to the owner myself, and even provided pictures, and the owner has not responded. I paid way too much money for the substandard conditions and to be ignored by the owner.
